just use hyrodgen peroxide as a mouth wash hold it in your mouth for a
couple of minutes it will start to foam up that is letting you know it is killing the bacteria. 3% hyrodgen peroxide read on the bottle it will say to use as a oral rince it doesnt taste bad . this will heal your gums with in probably a week or less. read the bottle of hyrodgen proxide for instructions .. avoide prolonged use that means stop using it when the infection is gone prolonged use may damage your gums. i have used hyrodgen proxide for a long time with no side effects jt kills all bacteria in your mouth and promotes healing. |
