Chinese Taoist Immortal Stories

Chinese Taoism believed in Imortality. Tai chi was named the dance of Inmortality. As in yin/yang there were two ways you can die in ancient China by fighting or by illness. Tai chi strenghed your internal organs from disease and provided a defense from attack.

Taoism said there where two ways, yin/yang to Immortality the internal and the extertnal methods. External you used a elixir usually made of dangerous chemicals such as mercury. After several Chinese emperors died the internal path became popular.

In China they have hundred of stories of Immortals, just as in the USA they fairy tales, mostly taken from Europe.
